Job summary

Professional Latex Sdn Bhd, a glove manufacturer in Malaysia, seeks a production manager to plan, implement and control production activities using available resources to meet targets. You will ensure production levels, product quality, housekeeping and safety standards are maintained; lead and guide the team, monitor manpower and output, and drive improvements.

Job description

Plan, implement and control the production activities based on the resources given in meeting up the production target.

Ensuring the production level are maintained, products quality assured, housekeeping and safety standard are adhered.

Sustain the company policy, monitor and review the performance of manpower & output. Organize necessary interventions for improvement and correction from time to time.

Provide positive leadership and guidance to all the subordinate in ensuring performance, objective and productivity are realized.

Job Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Business, Management, Engineering, Industry Technology or equivalent.

At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in glove manufacturing industry.

Candidate must possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills and able to handle pressure.
