Job summary

Professional Latex Sdn Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Executive in Kamunting, Malaysia to liaise with suppliers for quotations and to coordinate delivery schedules. The role involves compiling material pricing and price comparisons for negotiation and approval, and resolving invoice/DO/PO discrepancies to ensure smooth payments.

Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree or equivalent and 1–2 years of manufacturing experience, with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS

Responsibilities

• Liaise with suppliers for quotations and price comparisons.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and assist in cost compilation for negotiation and approval.
• Source competitive quotations and prepare material pricing for negotiation.
• Match invoices, DOs, and POs to resolve discrepancies for payment.

Sources for competitive quotation and prepare the cost compilation of material pricing for further negotiation and approval.

Liaise with related department on material requirement & deliveries schedule.

Matching Invoice, DO, PO discrepancies for payment purpose.

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field.
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience in manufacturing industry
• Good negotiation & interpersonal skill.
