Upright Talent in Malaysia is seeking a Production Operations Specialist to support daily production and sustain delivery targets. You will monitor WIP, coordinate cross‑functional teams and ensure documents stay current under QMS.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in metal production, reads engineering drawings with GD&T, and is proficient with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or MasterCam. Five working days, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in production operations, preferably in the metal industry.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Familiar with SolidWorks or Mastercam.
• Knowledge of production documentation is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Support Production Manager in daily production operations.
• Monitor production progress, WIP and output to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth production flow.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, SOPs and process specifications.
• Add visual aids (photos, diagrams, CAD images) to production documents.
• Ensure documents are accurate, updated, and controlled under QMS.
• Identify production issues and drive process improvement.
• Train operators on new or updated processes and instructions.
• Support Quality in NCR, RCA, and CAPA activities.
• Assist new product introduction, pilot run and process validation.
