Oriental Fastech Manufacturing in Malaysia seeks an experienced Manufacturing Operations Leader to plan, organize, and monitor daily manufacturing activities to meet production targets. Plan, organize, and monitor daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Monitor production output, efficiency, and productivity to meet customer delivery requirements.
Coordinate with Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, IPC standards, and company quality requirements.
Support quality improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints.
Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for operational issues.
Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OEE, yield, scrap rate, and on-time delivery.
Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and departmental teams.
Manage workforce planning, training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and company safety policies.
Promote a safe working environment and conduct regular safety reviews.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and customer audit requirements.
Monitor and control operational expenses within approved budgets.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through process optimization and waste reduction.
Support inventory control and material utilization improvement initiatives.
Work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to address operational requirements.
Support customer audits, business reviews, and new product introduction (NPI) activities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent delivery and quality performance.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of PCBA manufacturing processes, including SMT, Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, AOI, ICT, and Assembly operations.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with IPC standards, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ESD requirements.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skill
