Job summary

Karex in Pontian, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Production & Operations Manager to lead the production team, ensure efficient operations, and uphold quality standards.

You will plan workloads, enforce SOPs and safety, manage equipment, and drive continuous improvements using ERP or MES systems. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields and 5–8 years of production leadership are required.
