Job summary

Sunrise Recruit (CP4U) is seeking a Production Manager in Malaysia to coordinate daily manufacturing tasks and develop production and manpower plans in collaboration with supply chain teams to maximize output and meet delivery schedules.

You will implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to eliminate bottlenecks, improve OEE, reduce waste, and lower costs, while ensuring SOPs, ISO standards, and HSE regulations are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to improve productivity.
• Adherence to SOPs, ISO standards, and HSE regulations.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors and staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manufacturing tasks, develop production and manpower plans, and collaborate with supply chain teams to maximize output and meet delivery schedules.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to eliminate bottlenecks, improve OEE, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, ISO standards, customer requirements, and workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate production supervisors, line leaders, and staff while managing recruitment, workforce planning, and performance reviews.
• Track operational KPIs, manage production budgets, prepare management reports, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Working day: Mon-Sat
• Working hours: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
