Job summary

SJ Circle is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in Kulim, Kedah. The role involves supervising Line Leaders, Operators, Technicians and Engineers to maintain smooth production flow and strict quality standards.

• Monitor safety, housekeeping and discipline at all times.
• Coordinate with line leaders, operators, technicians and engineers.
• Ensure on-time delivery and adherence to production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production line arrangement and routine checks.
• Ensure all products undergo rework/inspection as needed before delivery.
• Monitor daily attendance and shift coverage for production staff.
• Ensure lot travelers follow progress and materials are available for each process.
• Implement and close corrective actions based on CARs raised.
• Ensure daily progress aligns with committed shipment dates.
• Manage and guide Line Leaders, Operators, Technicians and Engineers.
• Handle any other tasks as directed by Superior.

• To implement and ensure overall production arrangement running smoothly and accordingly.
• To ensure output meet the quality standard requirement and on-time delivery.
• To ensure standard housekeeping practice & maintain discipline at all time.
• Responsible for production daily attendance monitoring.
• Production line arrangement and routine checking.
• To ensure defective products going through proper rework and inspection upon delivery.
• To ensure all corrective action taken are carried out based on CAR's raised.
• To monitor daily work progress and meet the committed shipment date.
• To manage and supervise Line Leaders, Operators, Technicians and Engineers.
• To ensure lot traveler follows job progress and ensure sufficient materials for all process for production running.
• Any other task that deemed necessary by Superior.
