Job summary

Responsibilities

• Issue Job Order to Production after receiving Sales Order.
• Update & track all Job Order status.
• Plan, update & monitor production schedule, to ensure actual production running according to plan.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Sub-con & Production for material & planning.
• Monitor capacity loading & elevate issues to superior.
• Monitor part movement & material consumption.
• Ensure goods readiness before shipment.
• Build teamwork with other department team members.
• Give instruction to Production on tooling set-up.
• Monitor production efficiency/productivity & report to management.
• Adhere to company protocol as laid out in the Company Policy and Procedures.
• To be responsible at assigned each risk area for the management of particular risk.
• Maintain and responsible for 5's practices in workplace.
• Perform other duties assigned by Superior/Management from time to time.
