The role focuses on achieving production efficiency, monitoring material usage, and engaging cross-departmental collaboration for improvements, while ensuring workers are trained and motivated.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge in production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM).
• Good interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

To ensure production efficiency are achieved

To ensure all material usage are monitored and maintain according to set budget

To ensure workers discipline are maintain, workers morale are maintain

To ensure overtime are monitored and maintained.

To work with other departments for improvement and contribute improvement ideas

To ensure all workers are well train in all aspects.

To ensure 4M are monitored (Man, Method, Material, Machine)

Other duties as requested by the management

Requirements
