Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
• Knowledge in production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM).
• Good interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure production efficiency is achieved.
• Monitor material usage and maintain within budget.
• Maintain worker discipline and morale.
• Monitor and manage overtime.
• Collaborate with other departments for improvements and contribute ideas.
