Qualifications

• Associate degree in Mechanical/Robotics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in team management.
• Strong knowledge of lean production and production planning.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 quality system, as well as FMEA and SPC tools.
• Skilled in lean manufacturing and automated assembly techniques; capable of optimization and cost control.
• Proficient in MES system operation, safety regulations, and ergonomics.
• Chinese-speaking candidates who are willing to accept a 6-day work week are greatly appreciated.

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions

• Safety Management: Conduct regular safety training and activities for workshop staff; perform safety inspections on electrical/gas/equipment/windows/doors; promptly eliminate hidden hazards; and strictly prohibit violations.
• Production Planning & Delivery: Allocate human/machine/material/method/environment resources according to scheduling; track material availability; coordinate to resolve abnormalities; ensure on-time order delivery.
• Quality Control: Enforce First Article Inspection (FAI) and In-Process Quality Control (IPQC); promptly address quality issues and customer complaints; analyze and implement corrective actions; ensure complete and traceable inspection records.
• Standardized Operations: Guide employees to follow standard work procedures and process specifications; correct violations; coach and improve quality awareness.
• Cost Control: Manage usage of consumable and fragile parts; conserve water/electricity/gas; reduce waste and scrap; contribute to department cost-reduction targets.
• Efficiency Improvement: Optimize systems and manufacturing processes; pursue energy savings, workforce reduction, and output gains; continuously improve workshop productivity.
• On-Site Management: Conduct daily 6S inspections and maintain records; promote transparent production information; collaborate effectively with related departments; maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

Job Requirements

• Mechanical / Robotics or related major, associate's degree or above.
• Proficient in team management, organizational leadership, talent development, and standard office software.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience, including at least 3 years in team management.
• Solid understanding of mechanical drafting, organizational management, lean production, and production planning.
• Familiar with IATF 16949 quality system as well as FMEA and SPC tools; skilled in lean manufacturing and automated assembly techniques; capable of process optimization, troubleshooting, and cost control.
• Proficient in MES system operation, safety regulations, and ergonomics.
• Chinese-speaking candidates who are willing to accept a 6-day work week are greatly appreciated.
