Job summary

MENANG NUSANTARA SDN BHD, a manufacturing supplier in Balakong-Selangor, seeks a production/industrial engineer with 1–3 years of experience. You will oversee production efficiency, material usage, and overtime while driving 5S/Kaizen/TPM improvements and cross-department collaboration.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Automotive Engineering or equivalent, strong leadership, and basic reporting skills. Join our NVH component manufacturing team and grow with us.

Qualifications

Diploma holders in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial/automotive engineering or equivalent.
1–3 years’ working experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM).

Responsibilities

To ensure production efficiency is achieved.
To ensure all material usage is monitored and maintained according to set budget.
To ensure workers' discipline and morale are maintained.
To ensure overtime is monitored and maintained.
To work with other departments for improvement and contribute improvement ideas.
To ensure all workers are well trained in all aspects.
To monitor 4M (Man, Method, Material, Machine).
Other duties as requested by the management.
