Job summary

Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Production & Food Safety Executive to support daily food manufacturing operations, production administration and food safety activities. The role works with Production and Management teams to ensure GMP compliance and HALAL standards are met.

You will assist in planning, documentation and reporting, monitor inventory, and help maintain hygiene and traceability. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–3 years' experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in related food technology or safety disciplines.

• 1–3 years of experience preferred in food manufacturing or QA/QC.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily production planning, scheduling and monitoring.
• Maintain production records, output reports and material usage records.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate production activities and follow up on outstanding production requirements; maintain documentation.
• Assist in implementing HALAL, GMP, HACCP and food hygiene practices.
• Ensure hygiene for production areas, equipment and personnel.
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation records.
• Assist in monitoring product quality, expiry dates, batch records and traceability.
• Support internal audits, food safety inspections and corrective actions.

Job description

We are looking for a motivated and hands‑on Production & Food Safety Executive to support our daily food manufacturing operations, production administration and food safety activities. The successful candidate will work closely with the Production and Management teams to ensure smooth production planning, proper documentation, good manufacturing practices (GMP) and compliance with food HALAL & safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily production planning, scheduling and monitoring
• Maintain production records, output reports and material usage records
• Monitor raw material, packaging material and finished goods inventory
• Coordinate production activities and follow up on outstanding production requirementsMaintain proper production documentation and filing
• Assist in implementing and monitoring HALAL, GMP, HACCP and food hygiene practices
• Ensure production areas, equipment and personnel comply with hygiene requirements
• Monitor cleaning and sanitation records
• Assist in monitoring product quality, expiry dates, batch records and traceability
• Support internal audits, food safety inspections and corrective actions

About you

• Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Manufacturing, Food Safety or a related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in food manufacturing, production administration or QA/QC is preferred
• Basic understanding of GMP, HACCP and food hygiene practices
• Familiarity with production documentation, inventory records and basic reporting
• Basic computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word
• Organized, responsible, detail-oriented and willing to work hands‑on in a production environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Fresh graduates with relevant food technology or food science qualifications and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
