Job summary

Fumakilla Malaysia Berhad invites applications for a Production Executive to plan resources and organise production activities. You will lead a team to meet targets, train staff, and drive improvements across the line.

You will ensure quality compliance, uphold ISO and safety standards, and maintain a tidy, efficient working environment. The company celebrates over 50 years of stability and growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma in production management or related field is required or at least three years of experience.
• Knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
• Good organisational and time management skills; strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently; be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize resources to achieve production targets and timely delivery.
• Manage production team to work towards company goals.
• Conduct training for subordinates as required.
• Carry out general administration and uphold subordinate discipline.
• Propose continuous improvement in production line through process innovation and optimal manpower placement.
• Achieve monthly production plan aligned with yearly plan and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Observe ISO and safety procedures in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a clean working environment.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of Management.

Job description

1) To plan and organize resources to ensure production target is achieved and goods delivered as planned.

2) To manage production team under his /her charge to work towards company’s goals.

3) To conduct training to subordinates as and when required.

4) To carry out general administration and uphold the discipline of subordinates.

5) To propose continuous improvement in the production line through process innovation, work procedures and optimum manpower placement.

6) To achieve monthly production plan according to yearly production plan and plan resources accordingly.

7) To ensure products meet the specifications and quality requirement.

8) To observe all ISO and safety procedures in the day-to-day operations.

9) To maintain good housekeeping and a clean working environment

10) To communicate with all levels of Management.

Job Requirement:
