Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in production management or related field is required or at least three years of experience.
• Knowledge of production management, risk management, and safety regulations.
• Good organisational and time management skills; strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently; be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize resources to achieve production targets and timely delivery.
• Manage production team to work towards company goals.
• Conduct training for subordinates as required.
• Carry out general administration and uphold subordinate discipline.
• Propose continuous improvement in production line through process innovation and optimal manpower placement.
• Achieve monthly production plan aligned with yearly plan and allocate resources accordingly.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Observe ISO and safety procedures in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain good housekeeping and a clean working environment.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of Management.
