Job summary

Vital Technical Sdn Bhd in Rawang, Selangor is seeking a Production Executive to ensure production lines meet productivity, quality and cost targets. You will collaborate with stakeholders and supervise line operations on site.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering and 2–5 years' manufacturing experience, with strong MS Excel/Office and exposure to SAP or production planning systems. Willingness to overtime and Saturday coverage is required.

Qualifications

• Manage raw material inputs, track outgoing finished goods, and maintain ISO 9001/14001 safety and quality standards.
• Ensure all work processes comply with regulatory and safety standards subscribed by the Company.
• Communicate with stakeholders internally and externally with business partners.

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. As the Production Executive, you are responsible to ensure that the production lines are meeting the Company’s productivity, quality and cost target. You will be collaborating with stakeholders. The position is based in Rawang, Selangor.

Below is a synopsis of your scope:

Ensure optimum operation of the mixing and extrusion lines to meet the production schedules, quality and productivity requirement.

Plan the manpower and work schedules effectively to meet delivery deadline.

Perform scheduled checking, inspection and preventive maintenance on machines, including troubleshooting and minor repair of machines.

Ensure minimum downtime with close monitoring on production activities.

Manage raw material inputs, track outgoing finished goods, and maintain ISO 9001/14001 safety and quality standards.

Ensure all work processes are in accordance to all regulatory and safety standards subscribed by the Company.

Your responsibilities will require you to communicate with various stakeholders from both internally within the Company or Group of Companies and externally with our business partners.

Requirement:

Background:

Diploma / Degree in Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized institution of higher learning.

Experience:

2 to 5 years in a manufacturing environment (preferably in production planning, machine troubleshooting, or line supervision).

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge & Skill:

Excellent time management and organisation skills, meticulous and delivers quality work.

Strong floor presence, proficiency in MS Excel / MS Office, and exposure to SAP or production planning systems (an added advantage).

Proven ability to stay composed under pressure, maintain authority on the floor, and manage tight deadlines.

A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.

Able to work with minimal supervision and at times independently.

Fluent in spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English to effectively lead diverse worker groups.

Good supervisory, interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels.

Willingness to work in Rawang, with availability for overtime and Saturday operational coverage.
