Job summary

AHIMSA VEGE HEALTH FOOD INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking a Production Executive to oversee daily production activities and manpower planning in our food manufacturing facility in Malaysia. You will supervise supervisors, line leaders and operators, ensuring targets for quality, efficiency, yield and productivity are met.

The role requires 1–3 years of production experience in food/manufacturing, with strong leadership and hands-on mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in manufacturing, food technology, engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in food/manufacturing production.
• Good leadership and manpower management skills.
• Willing to work shifts and hands-on in production operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities, manpower planning and production targets.
• Supervise Production Supervisors, Line Leaders and Operators.
• Ensure production meets quality, efficiency, yield and productivity targets.
• Monitor production schedules, material requirements and stock status.
• Troubleshoot production, quality, downtime and equipment issues.
• Conduct training, performance monitoring and disciplinary matters.
• Prepare production reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure GMP, HACCP, FSSC/ISO 22000 and SOP compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
