EntryPass is seeking an experienced Production Engineer/Manager to lead and oversee daily production and engineering activities, ensuring productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
You will supervise a production team, coordinate subcontractors, drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

Supervise and guide the production team, providing hands‑on technical support and assistance when required.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure quality, delivery schedules, production capacity, and cost requirements are achieved.
Plan and allocate production jobs to subcontractors based on capacity, priorities, urgency, and operational requirements.
Monitor subcontractor performance and work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve production, quality, technical, and delivery issues.
Troubleshoot production and process issues and implement practical solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and productivity.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, quality, workflow, and operational performance.
Support engineering and production activities from planning through to final product completion.
Ensure compliance with Company procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and manufacturing best practices.
Lead, guide, and develop the production team to support business growth and operational excellence.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in production, manufacturing operations, production engineering, or a similar environment.
Experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, components sourcing, subcontractor/vendor management, or outsourced production will be an added advantage.
Experience in supervising and guiding a small production team.
Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, manufacturing workflow, quality control, and process improvement.
Hands‑on experience in troubleshooting production and process‑related issues.
Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable being hands‑on and involved in day‑to‑day production activities.
