Job summary

Responsibilities
- Organize production line setup for a new product transfer from Japan by studying product requirements, manufacturing method and designing/modifying tools and equipment.
- Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents and ensure they are followed.
- Provide daily production support through troubleshooting and continuous process improvement.
- Communicate with HQ Engineering Team to request support on technical issues.
- Design and develop manufacturing tools, fixtures and gauges for manufacturing process.
- Maintain and validate Tools, Fixtures and Gauges before use.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by Department Manager.
