This role provides support across new product introduction, process engineering, technical assistance, and maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment. You will assist in coordinating NPI projects, optimising manufacturing processes, providing day-to-day technical support to production teams, and supporting quality and compliance initiatives.
Assist in the coordination and execution of NPI projects, including design review, prototyping, and pilot runs
Support validation activities to ensure new products meet quality, performance, and customer specifications
Prepare and update work instructions, process flow charts, and control plans for new product launches
Assist in developing, optimising, and standardising manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost control
Monitor process parameters and recommend adjustments to maintain product quality
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues
Provide day-to-day technical assistance to production teams to resolve machine or process problems
Assist in the setup and trial runs of machines for new or modified processes
Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimise downtime
Coordinate with maintenance teams to resolve recurring equipment failures

You will assist in coordinating NPI projects, optimising manufacturing processes, providing day-to-day technical support to production teams, and supporting quality and compliance initiatives.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will have an added advantage.
Preferably with experience or exposure in a manufacturing environment, particularly in metal fabrication, machining, CNC, stamping, or precision engineering.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, process improvement, machine setup, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of NPI, process validation, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instructions, and quality requirements is an added advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Willing to work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and handle multiple tasks.
