Job summary

LIFE WATER INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. based in Sandakan is seeking a Production Engineer to oversee daily production operations, ensuring targets, quality and efficiency.

You will monitor performance, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across the beverage production lines. The role requires a degree or diploma in engineering and knowledge of lean manufacturing. You will collaborate across departments and contribute to cost reductions and process improvements while maintaining comprehensive

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field).
• Relevant experience in production, manufacturing or food & beverage industry is preferred.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and production processes is an advantage.
• Able to work independently, coordinate with different departments and handle operational issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily production operations to achieve production targets, product quality and efficiency.

• Support the implementation of process improvement, cost reduction and production efficiency initiatives.
• Perform other production engineering duties as assigned by Management.
