Job description

Engineering Manufacturing Administration

Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 days)
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Industry: Food Manufacturing (Soy Sauce)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain production and batch records for brewing, fermentation, and bottling.

• Assist in daily and weekly production scheduling and reporting.

• Perform data entry and prepare basic production and efficiency reports.

• Support inventory tracking for raw materials and packaging.

• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and maintain equipment records.

• Assist Production, Engineering, and QA teams with documentation and compliance.

• Support 5S, safety, and GMP-related activities on the production floor.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Industrial/Operations Management, or related manufacturing disciplines.

• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred (F&B advantage).

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word; ERP system knowledge is a plus.

• Detail-oriented and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
