Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines as listed.
• Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel, equipment and production processes to meet targets.
• Facilitate production of high quality products in required quantities and timelines.
• Monitor production indicators (volume, yield, defect rate) and establish maintenance and investment plans.
• Lead and supervise operators; ensure SOPs are followed; work on shift.
