The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Act as Production Shift Engineer for this position.
• 2 years of experience is an advantage.
• Must be passionate about becoming a Production Engineer with leadership, attention to details, organization, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and manage projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, validate, and improve production processes to ensure stability and quality.
• Introduce, test, and evaluate raw materials.
• Lead new product trial production, process development, mass production evaluation, and implementation.
• Analyze, track, and improve product abnormalities and quality issues.
• Collect and analyze yield and efficiency data and drive improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration.

Responsible for planning, implementing, validating, and improving productionprocesses to ensure process stability and product quality.

Responsible for the introduction, testing, and evaluation of raw materials.

Responsible for new product trial production, process condition development, mass production evaluation, and implementation.

Responsible for analyzing, tracking, and improving product abnormalities and quality issues.

Collect and analyze product yield and efficiency data, and implement improvement initiatives.

Responsible for cross-functional communication, coordination, and collaboration.
