Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Act as Production Shift Engineer for this position.
• 2 years of experience is an advantage.
• Must be passionate about becoming a Production Engineer with leadership, attention to details, organization, and problem-solving.
• Demonstrated ability to execute and manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, validate, and improve production processes to ensure stability and quality.
• Introduce, test, and evaluate raw materials.
• Lead new product trial production, process development, mass production evaluation, and implementation.
• Analyze, track, and improve product abnormalities and quality issues.
• Collect and analyze yield and efficiency data and drive improvements.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and collaboration.
