Job summary

Swan Metal Products Sdn Bhd is seeking aProduction Engineer to oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead the shift, and ensure products meet strict specifications and deadlines.

The ideal candidate is degree-qualified in Manufacturing/Chemical/Mechanical engineering with at least 3 years in production, and fluent in English, Malay or Mandarin to communicate with diverse clients. Strong teamwork and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Manufacturing, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in English, Malay or Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team player with good communication and multitasking.

Job requirements:

Degree in Manufacturing / Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering or higher qualifications.

Minimum 3 years experience.

Good in communication skills in English, Malay or Mandarin (Preferrable). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Able to perform task under pressure and totally committed to follow through the task given within tight schedule.

Ability to multitask and work well in a team.

Well versed in construction trends, internationals design standards and building regulation.
