Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Production Documentation Officer to compile, record and maintain daily production data, including output, materials usage and quality records. You will update records based on work orders, sheets and specifications, and distribute forms to Operators.

You will coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Quality Control to ensure timely, accurate documentation and reporting across daily, weekly and monthly cycles. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Compile, record and maintain daily production data (output, material use, quality records).
• Update production records based on work orders, sheets and specifications.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production reports accurately and on time.
• Prepare and distribute daily production forms and documents to Operators.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse and Quality Control and other departments.

Education

SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Business Administration, Management or equivalent
