Job summary

Alpha Industries Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Production Officer to manage daily production data, verify records, and support production documentation.

You will coordinate with Supervisors on manpower planning, prepare job work orders, monitor die conditions, and maintain records while contributing to 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves liaising with multiple departments and attending daily coordination meetings to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Manufacturing, Production, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing / production environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Willing to work in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Collect and check daily production data and records
• Verify production data, labels and related documents for accuracy
• Coordinate with Supervisors on manpower planning based on the production schedule
• Prepare job work orders according to the Drawing Schedule
• Monitor die condition, arrange repair when required and update die records
• Maintain production documents and records
• Issue ePRN and follow up with suppliers
• Coordinate with relevant departments on daily production and AGF activities
• Participate in 5S and workplace improvement activities
• Attend daily production coordination meetings with SCM, Sales and QA
