Job summary

T&H Stainless Steel Works Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a diligent Production Clerk to support daily operations in Bayan Lepas.

You will record production data, monitor downtime, rejects, and rework, and maintain accurate logs to ensure traceability and KPI reporting. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will handle data entry, documentation, and coordination between Production, Warehouse, and Administration, assist with ISO documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while

Qualifications

• SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Administration, Business, Operations, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Manufacturing or clerical experience is an advantage but not required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good numerical and data-entry skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Record daily production output, downtime, rejects, rework, and other production data.
• Update and maintain production logs, checklists, and related documents.
• Assist the Production Supervisor with daily production documentation and administrative tasks.
• Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Perform data entry for production, productivity, and KPI tracking.
• Record raw material usage and assist with production-related stock monitoring.
• Coordinate with Warehouse regarding material usage and finished goods movement.
• Follow up on incomplete or missing production records.
• Assist with ISO documentation, internal audits, and management reporting when required.
• Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of production records.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor or Management.
