Job summary

PREMIER VALVE SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Production Admin Clerk to support daily production administration, data entry and reporting tasks. You will perform daily data entry and maintain accurate production records, while preparing and updating daily, weekly and monthly production reports.

The role involves compiling data, using Excel for reporting, and maintaining orderly filing systems. Ideal candidates are proficient in Microsoft Excel, with data entry and basic data analysis skills,

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with Excel functions, data entry and basic data analysis.
• Must be able to read, write and speak Mandarin fluently.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate production records.
• Prepare and update daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
• Compile and consolidate production data and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain production records, documents and filing systems.
• Assist with data checking, documentation and other administrative tasks.
• Ensure all records and reports are accurate and properly maintained.
