LEPPO CONCRETE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Production Coordinator to plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor daily concrete production operations, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will drive cross‑department communication, maintain stock levels and promote safety compliance while optimizing plant, trucks and manpower. • Plan, schedule and prepare production order details; dispatch orders with Driver Department.
• Set objectives, guidelines and priorities for day-to-day operations and shutdowns.
• Promote safety by conducting tailgate and safety meetings and enforcing procedures.
• Coordinate activities between departments to maintain production flow and stock levels.
• Prepare monthly production summaries and ensure documentation accuracy.

Job description

The Production Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring daily concrete production operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The position ensures seamless communication between departments, maintains stock and material availability, promotes safety compliance, and supports efficient resource utilization including plant, trucks, and manpower. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production flow, documentation accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.

Plan, schedule and prepare production order details; call costumer and dispatch order ; scheduling with the Driver Department

Set objectives, guidelines, procedures, and priorities and schedules during day-to-day operations and equipment shutdowns.

Manage, direct, and coordinate overall activities of the department and interaction with other departments

Promote safety by ensuring tailgate and safety meetings are held, developing the proper safety procedures, wearing required safety equipment, and following proper working environment and conditions.

Establish and maintain communication within the department so there is continuity between different production teams

To ensure of the plant & truck maintenance , Monitoring and controlling fuel consumption.

Establish manufacturing lead time; revise and reschedule orders when necessary:

Do a checking on the physical stock level every morning and reporting to HQ for request of purchase if the stock is not enough

Collect the Delivery Notes (DN) and fuel receipts from drivers; and to pass to the Weightbridge Clerk and to check and verify that all the DNs are in order and whether there is any anomally or rejection remarks, to ensure the DN submission is on timely manner, to daily check and verified the Batcher Report from Admin Site before submitting to HQ.
