• Plan, schedule and prepare production order details; dispatch orders with Driver Department.
• Set objectives, guidelines and priorities for day-to-day operations and shutdowns.
• Promote safety by conducting tailgate and safety meetings and enforcing procedures.
• Coordinate activities between departments to maintain production flow and stock levels.
• Prepare monthly production summaries and ensure documentation accuracy.
