Job summary

Masimo in Pasir Gudang, Johor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead shipping, picking & packing, receiving, inventory control, and distribution for raw materials and finished goods on-site. You will report to the Assistant Manager, Warehouse and ensure accurate cycle counts and timely reconciliation of variances.

Requirements include a Diploma or equivalent in Manufacturing or Production Management, prior supervisory experience, and knowledge of warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, or related field.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in warehouse and distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all warehouse and inventory control activities including receiving, storage, and shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage cycle counts.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE use.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for handling supervisory level activities for one or more areas of the warehouse including: shipping, picking & packing, receiving, inventory control, warehousing and distribution functions for raw materials, in-processed goods, released finished products, supplies and product configuration. This position reports to the Assistant Manager, Warehouse and is part of the Warehouse Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Supervise all warehouse and inventory control activities including receiving, storage, and shipment of raw materials or finished goods. Maintain inventory accuracy; manage cycle counts and timely reconciliation of count variances. Handle Receiving, Warehousing and Distribution functions for raw materials, in-process goods and released finished products.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in warehouse and distribution systems.

Physical/Environment Requirements:

Indoor role requiring standing/walking and able to lift and carry up 5-40 pounds. Must follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and operate only approved low-risk tools.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Forklift and or Reach-truck certificate

Bonus / Incentive Pay

Up to10 % of annual base salary. This job is also eligible for bonus pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions. This job is also eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits and specifically phone allowance, medical card, dental allowance and optical allowance.
