Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is hiring a Production Clerk in Pasir Gudang, Johor for an on-site role. You’ll assist with production scheduling, material coordination, work order tracking, and maintaining a safe production environment.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will manage schedules and inventory, ensure procedures compliance, and support operator training, expense tracking, audits, and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic English literacy.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is a plus.

The Production Clerk is responsible for Assists with production scheduling, material coordination, work order tracking, and maintaining a safe production environment.

This position reports to the Production Manager and is part of the Production Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage production schedules, inventory, materials, stock records, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, DHR documentation, quality, safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements.
• Support operator training, material follow-up, expense tracking, audits, and continuous improvement projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Diploma qualification in any field.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Basic English literacy.
• Primarily an office-based role involving frequent sitting, standing, walking, and daily computer use.
• Requires the ability to remain on foot for extended periods and perform essential physical tasks.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Bonus / Incentive Pay

Up to 10%of annual base salary.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
