Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, invites an IT/IS Systems Engineer to join the Pasir Gudang site in Johor. You will manage IT infrastructure, ERP, Microsoft 365, and production systems to support manufacturing and business operations.

With 3–5 years of hands-on experience, you will ensure system validation, security, compliance, and availability while collaborating with global IT teams, vendors, and end users on projects and digital transformations.

The Engineer, IT&IS Systems is responsible for Responsible for IT/IS systems, infrastructure, security, compliance, and continuous improvement to support manufacturing and business operations. This position reports to the Manager, IT/IS and is part of the IT/IS Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Systems Engineering or a related role, with hands-on systems integration experience.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and system issues.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and task management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Adaptable team player with strong cross-functional collaboration and a positive, results-oriented attitude.
• Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering quality IT services.

Physical/Environment Requirements

Office-based role requiring frequent sitting, standing, walking, extended standing, and daily computer/device use. Requires local and international travel, with a valid driver's license and ability to perform essential duties for extended periods.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Proficient in Windows 11 and knowledgeable in system architecture. Experienced with various systems, applications, and hardware. Familiar with healthcare and medical device manufacturing environments.

Bonus / Incentive Pay

Up to 10% of annual base salary

This job is also eligible for bonus pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.

This job is also eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits and specifically phone allowance, medical card, dental allowance and optical allowance.
