Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Planning Clerk for our Pasir Gudang, Johor site. You will assist with production planning, material availability, inventory control, and ensuring on-time customer order fulfillment in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires 2–5 years in Production, Material, or Supply Chain Planning, with strong forecasting, procurement, inventory management, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Production, Material, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Strong knowledge of demand forecasting, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, and distribution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in continuous improvement, planning, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
• Basic English reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage production orders, demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely production, change implementation, and customer order fulfillment.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify capacity or demand gaps, and support continuous improvement in supply chain planning.

The Planning Clerk is responsible for Assists with production planning, material availability, inventory control, and on-time customer order fulfillment. This position reports to the Manager Planning and is part of the Planning Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.
