Job summary

Bactiguard (South East Asia) Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Production Reporting & Tracking Assistant to support daily production reports, ERP data entry, and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Strong computer literacy, especially MS Office; prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., Jeeves) and KPI tracking is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily production reports on output, scrap, downtime, scheduling, and efficiency; summarize weekly variances for management.
• Enter work orders, material usage, and production data into the Jeeves ERP for daily tracking and audits.
• Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and SCM teams to schedule production lines and ensure timely material issuance.
• Maintain SOPs, work instructions, and ISO-compliant documentation; prepare shop packets and daily schedules.
• Track KPIs such as budget spending, scrap value, yield, UPH, and operator productivity; support audits and training.

Job description

Production Reporting & Tracking: Prepare daily production reports covering output, scrap, downtime, scheduling, and efficiency, while consolidating weekly summaries for management. Highlight variances and escalate issues to the Production Manager.

ERP & System Updates: Accurately enter work orders, material usage, and production data into the ERP system (such as Jeeves) for reliable daily tracking and audits.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with the warehouse for timely material issuance, coordinate with the quality team regarding inspections or non-conformances, and work with the SCM team to schedule production lines.

Documentation & Support: Prepare shop packets, daily schedules, and tracking tools while maintaining updated SOPs, work instructions, and ISO-compliant documentation.

KPI & Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics like budget spending, scrap value, yield, UPH (units per hour), and operator productivity.

Administrative Assistance: Help manage operator training, competency records, and support internal audit preparations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Minimum of a Diploma or STPM qualification.

Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, though candidates with up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing operations, production administration, or ERP data management are preferred.

Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy is required, particularly with Microsoft Office tools. Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., Jeeves) and KPI tracking is a strong advantage.

Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with ISO standards and quality documentation frameworks.
