Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Assistant Planner role based in Johor Baharu. The Production Assistant Planner coordinates daily production schedules, supports the planning of materials and resources, and ensures that work orders are sequenced efficiently to meet delivery timelines. The role involves tracking production progress, updating planning systems, and communicating changes or constraints to supervisors, production teams, and other departments. The individual will analyze capacity and inventory data, help resolve scheduling conflicts, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production planning process. The role also requires preparing reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with quality and logistics functions to support smooth, reliable operations.
