Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Strong English and Malay language skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support UAT and product testing across web, mobile app, and set-top box platforms.
• Draft and localise FAQs, training materials (TTT), and GTM collaterals.
• Design, review, and document customer journeys.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Assist in preparing product strategy decks and presentations.
• Analyse data and derive insights for product and customer experience improvements.
