Job summary

Astro Malaysia is offering an internship focused on product management and digital experiences across web, mobile, and streaming platforms. You will assist in researching user needs, designing customer journeys, and preparing strategy decks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires an undergraduate student in business, economics, data science, engineering, or computer science, with strong English and Malay skills, and an interest in UI/UX and AI-enabled products.

Qualifications

• Undergrad pursuing a relevant degree (Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, CS)
• Strong command of English and Malay
• Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest and/or exposure to UI/UX concepts
• Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
• Demonstrated interest in product management and digital businesses
• Interest in the entertainment and content streaming industry
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Support UAT and product testing across web, mobile app, and set-top box platforms
• Draft and localise FAQs, training materials, and GTM collaterals
• Design, review, and document customer journeys
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Assist in preparing product strategy decks and presentations
• Analyse data and derive insights for product and customer experience improvements
