Job summary

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad, a leading Malaysian entertainment and content company, offers an internship within the Learning & Talent team in Kuala Lumpur. You will contribute to creating meaningful learning experiences, support workforce development initiatives, and help employees learn, grow and perform through hands-on exposure to learning operations and HR technology.

This internship focuses on learning operations, systems, and communications, with opportunities to work on Go1, Articulate

Qualifications

Final year student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
Available for internship placement of at least 4-6 months.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, detail-oriented with good organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate monthly learning programmes, workshops and development initiatives, including logistics, registrations and communications.
Support administration of learning platforms (GO1, Articulate 360, SharePoint, Workday) and user support.
Maintain learning records, compliance documentation and reporting on participation and hours.
Develop employee communications for learning programmes using Canva and Microsoft 365.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows and explore AI-enabled tools for LMS transformations.
