Product Specialist - Pahang

About the Role

Product Specialist will support sales and distribution in assigned areas, with own KPI on sales target. Responsibilities include executing sales strategy, deepening dealer loyalty, training dealers, monitoring market intelligence, maintaining rapport, and supporting trade events.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy and promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand U Mobile touch points and pyramid.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (prepaid with plans and postpaid).
• Ensure proper knowledge and training on system, product, how to sell, incentives, and POSM.
• Vigilant to market movement through market intelligence.
• Build good rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Always maintain good discipline and performance.
• Perform trade events, visits and provide tactical ground support to ensure optimum sales performance.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working experience in telco or FMCG related environment.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or a diploma in any field.
• Sales driven with good track record.
• Must possess own transport and be willing to travel.
