U Mobile is looking for a skilled sales associate in Kuantan, Pahang. The candidate will drive growth in both consumer and business segments by executing sales strategies and engaging with dealers. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, ensuring dealer loyalty, and participating in market intelligence. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in telecom or FMCG, possess a diploma, and be sales-driven. The position offers comprehensive benefits including medical and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor sales strategy and promotion plans; seek new opportunities to expand UM touchpoint and pyramid.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations for prepaid and postpaid plans.
• Ensure proper knowledge and training on system, product range, how to sell, incentives, and POSM.
• Vigilantly monitor market movement through intelligence.
• Build rapport and trust with dealers by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Maintain discipline and performance.
• Participate in trade events, visits, and tactical ground support to optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom or FMCG environment.
• SPM/Diploma in any field.
• Sales-driven with a good track record.
• Own transport and willingness to travel.
