Job summary

ARTHOWORLD SDN. BHD. is expanding its sales team in Ipoh (Perak) and Pulau Pinang to drive orthopedic implant sales and support surgeries. You will engage doctors, hospitals, clinics and specialists, delivering excellent service and clinical support across coverage areas.

The role requires travel, independence, and strong communication to meet quarterly and annual targets, with attractive incentives and allowances.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device sales or healthcare sales.
• Familiar with orthopedic implants or surgical equipment.
• Willingness to travel and work independently.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Execute sales and marketing activities for orthopedic implants within assigned coverage area.
• Provide excellent customer service to doctors, hospitals, clinics and specialists.
• Prepare and rearrange orthopedic implant sets for end users.
• Attend and assist orthopedic implant cases and surgeries.
• Develop and drive sales through private and government institutions.
• Follow and undertake all sales and marketing activities as instituted by Sales Manager and Business Unit Head.
• Update management on customers, competitors and market changes in assigned territory.
• Regularly review achievement of territory sales against targets and initiate appropriate actions.

Product Specialists join our growing team to drive sales and marketing of orthopedic implants within assigned coverage areas in Ipoh (Perak) and Pulau Pinang. You will provide excellent customer service to doctors, hospitals, private clinics and specialists, and support orthopedic implant cases and surgeries.

Key responsibilities

Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets

Execute sales and marketing activities for orthopedic implants within assigned coverage area and accounts

Provide excellent customer service to doctors, hospitals, private clinics and specialists

Prepare and rearrange orthopedic implant related sets to end users

Attend and assist orthopedic implant cases and surgeries

Develop and drive sales through private and government institutions

Follow and undertake all sales and marketing activities as instituted by Sales Manager and Business Unit Head

Regularly review achievement of territory sales against targets and initiate appropriate actions

About you

Mandarin speaker preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients

Preferably with relevant experience in medical device sales, orthopedic implants, surgical equipment, or healthcare sales

Willing to travel

Able to work independently with strong self-motivation and responsibility

Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Incentive and commission if targets are hit
