Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, nursing, physiotherapy, medical technology or related healthcare discipline.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel for client visits and market activities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote CPAP devices and regenerative care products to healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals and medical professionals.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise to customers on clinical benefits and operational features.
• Conduct product trainings and workshops for healthcare staff and end-users.
• Support sales with presentations, proposals and demonstrations for potential clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
• Gather market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

About the role Nusa Medic Innovations Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Product Specialist - CPAP & Regenerative Care to join our dynamic sales team. This is a full-time position based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, where you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our innovative medical devices and regenerative care solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions. As a Product Specialist, you will be the technical and clinical expert representing our products, bridging the gap between our company's offerings and the healthcare market's needs. This role is essential to our growth strategy as we expand our presence in the respiratory and regenerative medicine sectors.

Key responsibilities

Demonstrate and promote CPAP devices and regenerative care products to healthcare facilities, clinics, hospitals and medical professionals

Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise to customers, ensuring they understand clinical benefits and operational features

Conduct product training sessions and workshops for healthcare staff and end-users

Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals and product demonstrations for potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders and decision-makers

Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform product development and marketing strategies

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to medical professionals and procurement teams

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the respiratory and regenerative care segments

Monitor competitor products and market trends to maintain competitive advantage

Provide post-sale technical support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in biomedical science, nursing, physiotherapy, medical technology or related healthcare discipline

2-5 years of experience in medical device sales, product specialist roles or clinical sales within the healthcare industry

Proven knowledge of respiratory devices, sleep apnoea management or regenerative medicine therapies

Strong understanding of CPAP technology, usage and clinical indications

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences

Demonstrated ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals and institutional buyers

Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative sales team

Valid driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits and market activities

Fluency in English and Malay; additional language skills are advantageous

Certification in medical device sales, clinical training or CPR is preferred but not essential
