Job summary

Medvision Healthcare Sdn Bhd in Sabah is seeking an Application Support Specialist to assist CPAP users and coordinate sleep studies. You will provide technical and clinical support, educate patients on device use, and collaborate with sales and clinical teams to ensure optimal therapy outcomes.

The role involves troubleshooting, data analysis, and occasional travel to patient homes, with flexible hours and opportunities for professional growth in respiratory care technology.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; related tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering, Allied Health or similar.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; able to interpret device data/logs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline technical support and troubleshooting for CPAP and home respiratory devices (phone, remote, onsite).
• Educate patients on device setup, mask fitting, adherence, and basic maintenance.
• Conduct follow-ups to monitor therapy effectiveness and patient compliance; analyse device data and logs to identify issues.
• Coordinate and support home and clinic-based sleep studies (scheduling, patient prep, device deployment, data collection and preliminary checks).
• Assist in CPAP device and consumable sales: explain product features, recommend suitable devices/masks/accessories, process orders and follow up on deliveries.
• Document workflows, troubleshooting guides, sales and clinical notes, and knowledge-base resources.
• Work closely with clinical, operations, and sales teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Provide training and guidance to patients and staff on effective use of devices and applications.
• Accept rostered work during special hours (late evenings, weekends) and travel to patient homes when required.

About the role
Medvision Healthcare provides respiratory home-care devices and sleep services. This role supports patients who use CPAP and other respiratory devices, assists with sleep study coordination, and delivers technical, clinical, and sales support to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
