Job summary

MDC Group is seeking a dedicated medical sales representative in Puchong, Selangor. The role involves managing key accounts, developing new customer bases, and promoting products through various marketing activities with KOLs.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Sciences or Business Studies, have 2-3 years of medical sales experience, and be multi-lingual. The position offers a 5-day work week, incentives, and various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in medical sales related field.
• Multi-lingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese) will be added advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.

Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and develop new accounts on the agreed market & product segment.
• Drive business to achieve the assigned portfolio according to the budget given.
• Maintain & develop existing and new customer database and accounts portfolio.
• Organise CME, KOLs meetings and marketing activities to promote product portfolio.
• Report to superior and coordinate planning.

Job Responsibilities

• Organise CME, KOLs meeting and marketing activities to promote product portfolio and build up good reputation with KOLs and users.
• Identify, qualify and follow up opportunities within territory in early sales cycle.
• Develop strategies to grow businesses.
• Willing to learn, expose to challenges and work independently.
• Cover the Selangor and JB accounts.
• Get involved with conferences, symposiums and other related events with the sales team.
• Able to work and support on weekends when required.
• Be a team player within the sales team and work closely.
• Will be working in OT when required.
• Report to superior and coordinate planning.
• Be computer literate (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).

Requirements

• Degree in Bachelor of Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or business studies.
• Minimum 2-3 years working experience in medical sales related field.
