Job summary

T3 INTERNATIONAL MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a QA Engineer to conduct functional testing and validation for AIoT, Smart Home, CCTV and related products before deployment.

You will perform product setup, configuration and compatibility testing, test mobile apps and web interfaces, and document results to support product readiness.

Collaborate with Product and R&D teams, report issues, provide improvement feedback, and assist with customer trials and demos as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in product testing or related technical fields.
• Experience with AIoT, Smart Home, CCTV, IoT devices, mobile or web apps is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales with technical support during customer meetings and product presentations.

Job description

Conduct functional testing and validation for AIoT, Smart Home, CCTV and related products before deployment.

Perform product setup, configuration, compatibility testing and troubleshooting.

Test and validate mobile applications, web interfaces, software features and device functions.

Perform basic cloud environment setup, integration testing and system validation to ensure products and applications work properly in cloud environments.

Identify, reproduce and document hardware, software, application and networking issues.

Prepare test cases, test reports, user guides and technical documentation.

Work closely with Product and R&D teams to report product issues and provide feedback for improvement.

Support Proof of Concept (POC), product demonstrations and customer trials.

Assist the Sales team with technical support during customer meetings and product presentations.

Understand basic customer requirements and provide appropriate technical recommendations.

Support product deployment, testing and troubleshooting at customer sites when required.

Provide technical support for customer enquiries and after-sales issues when necessary.

Explore and test new AIoT, Smart Home, CCTV, software and application technologies.

Support compatibility and integration testing between devices, applications and network environments.

Stay updated on the company's products, solutions and emerging technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Communication Engineering, IoT or related disciplines.

1–3 years of experience in product testing, software testing, technical support, presales, IoT, telecommunications or related technical fields.

Fresh graduates with relevant technical projects, internships or hands-on experience are welcome to apply.

Experience with AIoT, Smart Home, CCTV, IoT devices, mobile applications or web applications will be an added advantage.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable with hands-on testing, debugging and product setup.

Willing to learn new technologies and work in a fast-moving environment.

Good communication skills in English. Mandarin is an added advantage for communication with regional teams and suppliers.

Willing to travel to customer sites for testing, demonstrations and technical support when required.
