Job summary
Aemulus’s NPI Development group is seeking a Product and Software Engineer to build and manage robust ATE systems, working across Analog, Digital, Timing, RF and System Integration domains. The role demands deep technical expertise and teamwork.
You will define test software, algorithms and methodologies, collaborate with R&D, sales and production teams, and help create datasheets and technical collateral. This position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to shape new products for
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, RF Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of complex electronic schematics including RF, analog, digital and closed-loop systems.
- Experience in test and measurement or product development.
- Proficient in C# or C++ programming.
- Experience with hardware testing, validation and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Mandarin proficiency to communicate with China and Taiwan stakeholders.
- Malaysian citizen.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D, sales and marketing to capture key specifications and roadmap.
- Support product design research, define characterization plans and analyze performance.
- Develop test software, algorithms and methods from concept to production readiness.
- Work on tester integration and apply characterization and calibration methodologies.
- Provide technical validation of hardware performance and produce datasheets.
- Provide feasibility studies and post-sales technical support.
- Coordinate knowledge transfer and training with Production Engineering.

与 Aemulus 研发（R&D）、销售及市场团队紧密合作，了解新技术及未来产品的关键规格、市场需求及产品开发路线图。
支持产品设计研究及评估新产品的应用，制定产品特性测试计划（Characterisation Plan），并分析新产品的性能表现。
负责制定新产品的测试软件程序、测试算法及测试方法，从概念阶段一直参与至产品准备投入生产。
与产品开发团队合作进行测试机（Tester）集成开发，并熟悉不同的产品特性测试及校准方法。
对硬件性能进行技术验证，确保新产品符合设计要求及预期性能，并与研发、销售及市场团队合作制定相关技术资料，如产品规格书（Datasheet）。
与应用工程师（Application Engineer）紧密合作，为可行性研究、客户新需求评估及售后技术支持提供工程技术支持与解决方案。
与生产工程团队（Production Engineering）合作进行产品知识转移、互动演示及培训，确保生产团队掌握相关产品知识及操作要求。
拥有电气工程、电子工程、射频工程（RF Engineering）或相关领域的学士学位、研究生文凭或专业学位。
深入理解复杂电子电路图（Electronic Schematics），包括 RF、模拟、数字及闭环控制系统。
具备测试与测量（Test & Measurement）或产品开发相关经验。
熟悉 C# 或 C++ 编程。
具备硬件测试、验证及故障排除（Troubleshooting）经验。
具备良好的分析、沟通及组织能力。
能够在快速及动态的工作环境中处理多项任务。
具备良好的中文沟通能力，以便与中国及台湾地区的相关团队进行有效沟通。
马来西亚公民。

Aemulus’s NPI Development group is looking for a world-class Product and Software Engineer with a passion for building and managing robust solution based ATE systems. We operate at incredibly fastpaced business and are making exciting innovations across a wide range of services including Analog, Digital, Timing, RF and System Integration. We’re looking for someone who can contribute in depth to at least one of those areas and we believe by hiring best talent with a diversity of perspectives, ideas and is excited by the prospect of working on the leading edge technology will empower the growth hence deliver truly amazing products and services to our users.
Work closely with Aemulus R&D team, Sales and Marketing team, to acquire key specification on new technology and future products that plans to release to the market and roadmap.
Provide support in studying product design, assessing product application for new product, defining characterization plan and analysing new product’s performance.
Work on defining test software programming, test algorithm, test methodology development for new product from conceptual stage, until readiness to deployment at manufacturing.
Work with Product Development team during tester integration’s development and demonstrate fluency in the applying different characterization test and calibration methodology.
Provide technical validation on hardware performance and ensure new product is able to meet design expectation, and meeting with R&D and Sales and Marketing team on defining technical collateral such as datasheet.
Work closely with Application Engineer to provide technical engineering support in feasibility study, assessing customers’ new requirement, and provide post-sales support and solutions.
Work closely with Production Engineering team on product’s knowledge transfer, interactive demonstration and provide training to the Production team.
Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Electrical, Electronic, RF Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of complex electronic schematics, including RF, analog, digital and closed-loop systems.
Experience in test and measurement or product development.
Knowledge of C# or C++ programming.
Experience in hardware testing, validation and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Mandarin proficiency to effectively communicate with stakeholders in China and Taiwan.
Malaysian citizen.
Experience in ATE (Automated Test Equipment) systems or semiconductor testing.
Experience developing test software, test algorithms and test methodologies.
Knowledge of RF, analog, digital, timing or system integration.
Experience with hardware reliability testing and preventative procedures.
Experience in product characterisation, calibration and performance analysis.
Experience working with R&D, Application Engineering, Sales & Marketing and Production Engineering teams.
