Job summary
T3 INTERNATIONAL MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is seeking a QA Engineer to conduct functional testing and validation for AIoT, Smart Home, CCTV and related products before deployment.
You will perform product setup, configuration and compatibility testing, test mobile apps and web interfaces, and document results to support product readiness.
Collaborate with Product and R&D teams, report issues, provide improvement feedback, and assist with customer trials and demos as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
- 1–3 years of experience in product testing or related technical fields.
- Experience with AIoT, Smart Home, CCTV, IoT devices, mobile or web apps is advantageous.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional testing and validation for AIoT, Smart Home, CCTV and related products before deployment.
- Perform product setup, configuration, compatibility testing and troubleshooting.
- Test and validate mobile applications, web interfaces, software features and device functions.
- Perform basic cloud environment setup, integration testing and system validation for cloud environments.
- Identify, reproduce and document hardware, software, application and networking issues.
- Prepare test cases, test reports, user guides and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to report issues and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support proof of concept (POC), product demonstrations and customer trials.
- Assist Sales with technical support during customer meetings and product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical recommendations.
